Exporting & sharing
Get work out of AltStudio in the right format, save it to a project, and share it with your team or via a link.
Once an output is ready, you'll want to get it out of AltStudio or put it in front of others. There are three paths: export to a file, keep it in a project, or publish a shareable link.
Export formats
Each output type exports to the formats that fit it:

PDF is the universal read-only format. DOCX and PPTX hand off cleanly to Word and PowerPoint when someone needs to keep editing. Markdown and HTML are handy for the web and other tools.
Saving to a project
Saving an output to a project keeps it with related work and makes it available for Alto and agents to reference later. This is the durable home for a deliverable — prefer it over leaving work loose.
Sharing
There are two ways to put work in front of others:
- Through your workspace — teammates who are members can open work saved to shared projects.
- As a live link — publish a visualisation as a web link anyone can open in a browser, with no account needed. See sharing & live links.
